Application:

 

 

 

1. The device has time mode, energy mode, depth distance, and three welding modes.

Simultaneously equipped with time triggered, pressure triggered, distance triggered, and three ultrasonic triggering modes.

2. The maximum welding pressure of the equipment can reach 750N, and it has advanced pressure ratio control technology. During the welding process, the pressure is controllable step by step and   precise step by step. The segmented control function of downward pressure and welding pressure  makes the product welding process more perfect and controllable, with stronger and more stable    welding quality, and a wider range of product welding application projects

3. The equipment can be equipped with a secondary ultrasonic function to remove excess materials or vibrating workpieces from the welding head. It can effectively protect the surface of the welding   head and complete some special application projects.
