Characteristics
1. With the function of outsourcing and insertion, it can effectively solve the appearance problems of safety film, high square resistance, ultra-thin film and other capacitors, save metal film and improve product perfor-mance.
2. Dual-drive structure works synchronously to maximize production efficiency.
3. This machine adopts Siemens enhanced Smart PLC and touch screen control, with capacity calculation, parameter storage, data reading functions, to achieve intelligent operation.
4. Integral rack and main winding mechanism can improve seismic resistance and ensure the durability of accuracy.
5. Translational staggered edge adjusting mechanism ensures the accura-cy of the tray after moving, and the operation is convenient.
6. It has the function of directional pre-flattening with core. The maximum reel can reach 20mm. It is suitable for producing circular and thin capaci-tors.
7. It has the function of automatic core connection and directional pre-flat-tening of core.
8. Servo control, pneumatic tension control and automatic tightening mechanism of one-button diaphragm disc are optional.
