Characteristics
1. It has outer film wropping structure,it can effectively solve the appear-ance problems of safety film, high square resistance, ultra-thin film and other capacitors, save metal film and improve product performance.
2. Double-drive gear transmission structure is winded synchronously to maximize production efficiency and ensure the stability of transmission accuracy.
3. This machine adopts Siemens enhanced Smart PLC and touch screen control, with capacity calculation, parameter storage, data reading functions, to achieve intelligent operation.
4. Internal and external washing can adjust, shorten the length, save materials and improve efficiency.
5. Air guide mechanism can be added according to product requirements to effectively prevent material deviation and improve quality.
6. The machine can add specific burn-off structure for winding safety metal capacitiors.
7. Integral rack and main winding mechanism can improve the seismic resistance and ensure the accuracy and durability of the equipment.
8. Translational staggered edge adjusting mechanism ensures the accura-cy of the tray after moving, and the operation is convenient.
9. The machine can choose one-key pneumatic film-loading mechanism, which is convenient to operate and improves efficiency.
10. Automatically coring and directional pre-flattening of cores are option-al.
