The battery pack manufacturer needs to establish a new production line. The traditional nickel strip welding process for battery packs cannot meet their needs. They want to use the same process as Tesla batteries and use an automatic ultrasonic coarse aluminum wire welding machine to weld 18650 batteries. And starting from the dispensing and UV curing processes before welding, Minder Hightech will design and customize the entire production line equipment for them.
